Using Blackmagic Design Cameras in documentary feature filmmaking
Marco Solorio of OneRiver Media http://www.onerivermedia.com/ takes us behind-the-scenes on the production of the two-hour BMW documentary feature film, “10/10ths” to show how he “shot for the edit” using production examples with comparison samples of the final cut of the film.
Topics of discussion will include (1) production days that required minimum to no crews, (2) maintaining efficient footage acquisition for low shooting ratios, (3) staying true to the story for the edit, and (4) still having options in the edit, (5) including virtual multi-cam edits. We’ll even see the final result of these techniques with a preview from a portion of the film.
